Okay Lah is a Spicy Asian Fusion restaurant located in Valencia, Spain. With a range of tasty Pan-Asian cuisine, they venture into an underserved population of foodies, impatient with limited options. The owners are targeting people bored with the limited variety and the mediocre quality of take-away food available.

We developed an identity that covers a broad range of Asian cultures, while avoiding cliches. In Hong Kong and Singapore, Okay Lah is a common expression. Taking the literal route, we developed a modern mark that uses the okay symbol indicated with the hand gesture. A saturated color palette implies the food is spicy, and the type is evocative of Asian calligraphy, without resorting to cliches.
